Facts and Myths in Exercise

Everyone wants to get physically fit and we are aware of this!It's necessary to have a healthy life followed by a healthy diet.

Do you see yourself eating low-fat,high-fiber diet,drinking a lots of fluids and go to the gym two to four times a week is all you can do to get fit and to have a healthy body?but you should ask yourself if you do know about the misconceptions or myths in exercises.

Lets tackle about the facts in these common myths to get fit!

It's not true that when you're old it's not necessarily you have to work out!
We can exercise at any age,even some people are too old to work out they can benefit from that exercise like walking.If ever you've never exercised before,indeed you need a personal trainer to get started.If you have a serious health condition such as CVA or heart disease and diabetes etc,check with your doctor before starting any exercise,don't forget the personal trainer should be qualified trainer or should have experience in training people who are at your same age and condition so he/she should know what's your level of fitness.


It's not true that a little exercise doesn't count!
Any exercises or activity is better than nothing lads!10-minute exercise is enough to get your heart rate up and at the same time increase the circulation and you also feel more alive/alert!I also read an article about this.Walking around your village or office building can improve and strengthen your health.


No pain,No gain!Definitely No.
If you felt anything like burning sensation in your muscles or more than that,it means you're injuring yourself folks!If you're exercising,no need to push yourself to the point hurting your muscles so hard,that there's pain!Just be pretty sure to check your laps,distance and time when you're tracking your progress by exercise.You need to do stretching first before doing any activity,some people forget about this.You have to do this to reduce the risk/prevent any injury and to build up flexibility.

It's not true that running is the best way to be in shape!
Any activity or work out routine were the best way,even riding a bike or cycling will be great!Better,if you're playing sports like badminton,swimming or tennis.For moms,try to go outdoors and play with your lovely kids and a 10-15 minute walk with them.You can enjoy while burning your calories that you consumed in every way.

It's really important to drink a lots of fluid without any caffein!
Drink when working out especially when sweating we need to replace those fluids that we are losing,also to prevent dehydration.

It's not true that diet alone can be a great way to lose weight!
Oh come on,get moving!moving your body everyday or just walking can burn your calories.If you find working out is a boring stuff,try to find an activity or a sport to stick with.If you're good in dancing like me,pop it!it would unwind you.For those people who dont know,dancing can benefits our brain!well it does,one of my mentor discussed that to me back then,when i was a nursing student.It increased the blood flow of our muscles in brain,because in dancing we are thinking whats the next step and memorizing as well.It will help us to relieve stress and any depressions!
